Helping a global IT consultancy connect with new customers

Business challenge

Phoenix, a global, award-winning provider of software solutions and IT consultancy approached us to re-design their lead generation website to showcase its services and solutions in a more concise and engaging way.

The primary goal of the new website was to provide a better understanding of the products and services that Phoenix offered and capture leads and enquiries for their sales teams. The site had also become dated and was no longer positioning Phoenix as a leader within its industry.

Our approach

During discovery we took the time to fully undertand Phoenix's postion in the market, their competitors and the needs of the audiences that would be visiting the website.

Our design solution consisted of creating a modular set of components that not only worked well from a responsive point of view but also provided content editors access to a set of site-wide modules.

We integrated Phoenix’s new templates with the open-source CMS, Umbraco. We felt Umbraco offered the best solution for seamless template integration and streamlined content editing experience. Our responsive templates were also a perfect fit for Umbraco’s new grid functionality that offers editors the ability to build pages in blocks as opposed to using forms, providing an enhanced experience for content editors.

The outcome

Since the launch of the site, the feedback has been overwhelmingly positive. Along with the new design, the new content structure makes it easier for audiences to find relevant information about Phoenix’s services, solutions and products.

Working with Umbraco CMS, content editors are now able to create and maintain content with ease and speed, enabling them to focus on communicating with their target audiences and concentrate on driving more traffic and leads.
