Reema Pathak appointed as Director of Growth

Reema brings over 20 years of industry experience, having previously held the position of UK MD/VP of Optimizely (formerly Episerver), where she established an impressive track record of securing multi-million pound B2B partnerships with global enterprises. Her expertise in scaling technology businesses and deep understanding of senior leadership challenges positions her perfectly to drive dotcentric's next phase of growth.

Building on a successful long-term relationship that began during her role at Episerver, Reema brings valuable insights from across her career, including as founder of Lead from Within, where she coached CEOs and senior leaders in the tech sector. Her unique blend of commercial and leadership development expertise will be instrumental in shaping dotcentric's continued growth.
