The Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) were due to publish a new digital register to provide the legal services market with an online validation tool for the people and firms it regulates.
We were briefed by the SRA to undertake user research to validate a range of user needs for the service and to design an easy-to-use service given the purpose of their register and the data set they had available to publish.
View case studyWe worked with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) to improve the online guidance for their new registration process for nurses and midwives who trained outside the EEA.
The NMC approached us to help them improve this user experience to ensure that prospective applicants, employers and recruiters fully understood the overseas registration process and requirements.

The LTA tasked us with improving engagement based on feedback from customers and analytic data collected over the past year. We were asked to review their existing insight and provide direction on how to enhance customer engagement.
